Why i cant unlock c975 whit boot 6.3.6 sw 80i, i try without testpoint- not unlock, show contact operator, with testpoint softwer sad unown flah chip,
Unlock for this phone is posible with ultima box? i have only rocker dongl.
I need downgrade boot loader or what?

with TP corect procedure is:
insert data cable,make TP insert batery,wait connecting beep from PC or info in rocker software and after relase TP.
if software say's unknow flash chip you do some wrong.
and search in this forum.
about this phone and unlock many threads created.

PS.
box"connect over TP" must be checked for TP conection.
and some info,Legija post some time ago about bad cable.
open cable conector and check connection.
for unlock need normal data cable(not with 13+14 pins shorted or without batery supply)

I reinstal drivers, i put testpoint, how show in pickture, when i conect phone with testpoint, i cant hear beep from PC, when i pres pwr booton on phone, phone boot, press unlock booton and softwear show Unknown Flash Chip 000000FF. My testpoint picture is correct?

About my problem, i sink somting is wrong with my cabel. I do testpoint, put batteri, soft finde phone, after disconect testpoint and press unlock, somtimes i get Unknown Flash chip or if i try downgrade boot loader soft sad estabilishen conection

ok,you can connect this phone with PC.
PC can see your phone?
here is alternative TP for your phone
after need put back this resistor.
don't lose it

cleen your phone contacts,this conector have truble with connecting.

This component with tester show 0 oms. jast now my phone dameges, i unlock phone with testpoint, after i write back boot loader Back up, and now pc dont see my phone, with testpoint or without testpoint, i dont now whats up, i senk smart clip only helps me

with TP computer must see your phone as blank
in this case(with TP) phone CPU load internal loader.
this loader can't be damaged or erased,it is OTP loader.
if not see phone,this is hardware problem.
smart-clip can't help you in this case.
ceck carefull if you not damage some component in phone.
try make 13+14 pins short in cable(force flash mode) and check your batery.
batery must be full.
be carefull not make short beetwen +batery and other pins from batery conector.
this can damage your phone,and after you will see invalid batery.

As i sad, i use testpoint and write boot file backup to my phone, rocker soft sad ok and i discconect phone from soft and from power suppl(4.2v). Backup boot i write back because after unlock phone dont power on.
