W510, unlock solution

Hi, i have here one W510 firmware version R452G. Can it be unlocked with Rocker Dongle?
Need Unlock solution badly.

Also have one L7e with broken IMEI, if it can be repaired with any tool for Motorola,guys please tell me how can i repair it. It will be great help for newbie like me.
