ROKR bootcore not supported

I received a ROKR. When I press power it gets in blank mode. Tried to repair without tp in rocker 2.08 and get "Bootcore is not supported". What I should do? Thanks

and... bootcore version 09.02?
some version can be unlocked only with TP

for this phones exist easy TP metod.
and after try make repair and see.
