can not unlock L6i-mode

Hi, can somebody pleae explain me how to unlock an L6i-mode?, I always get this message from soft:
Searching for mobile...OK
Restarting mobile on COM4...OK
Connecting to mobile on COM4...
Communication is lost

try witout simcard with full batery.
phone must enter in test mode.
for this phone need other drivers(not P2K drivers)
software work(tested many times)
check all this.
good lock.
