F3 How TO UNLOCK ?

I have a lot of phones F3 here.Can some one help me with its unlocking procedure?

Not supported yet. You can buy codes for it, but 15 euro/code is too expensive.

I bought 2 unlock codes on E-bay for 18 USD, it not so big as 15*2=30 euro. But in this moment no codes in this price... Codes was good end e-mailed to me 18 hours after payment
