C168 Unauthorize phone

I Have One C168. Unauthorize Phone problem

I Attach this Via Infinty Comport
I Flash Latest Version then i click fix unauthorized so the software say first unlock i did unlock after that click fix unauthorized so unauthorized now when i insert sim then phone show plz enter network pin after try only one times phone show network pin block


I tried with infinity but no sucess so i hope ultima might solve but now what can i do


plz help me to solve this porblem

Reflash phone with firmware, lp, img, etc parts. Power on and let it format file system.

After that You can unlock and enter any code.

like a ......
language pack extention is lp

so fw extention is hex (am i right) or wrong
