pleas if any body ca explain to me how to write Image Flash File (Factory ) to the phone .

and what he mean Factory Flash And Image Flash

image usualy is for factory phone.
factory phone meen phone with new(without data)flash chip.
usualy for upgrade firmware,change LP,repair some bug in phone is used monster pack or reflash pack.(monster have all CG,reflash don't have flex)
with rocker for example you can chose flash package(monster or reflash) in write package tab.
select your phone,firmware version and click write package.
for language only select file with language and click write language.
it's very simply.
very important is software version.
motorola don't like software downgrade.
result is dead phone.

but if i have dead phone i can write Image flash to hem or not if i can pleas tell me how to do that .
if not = how ican fix the he come to me dead ??? i mean i dont now what the original softwaer
