Just unlock your phone. There are actually seem edits for this too but I can't remember them right now. This happens if you flash an unlocked flex over a locked flex.

Si sale el siguiente error al iniciar: "Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked"
Si quereis que desaparezca: Borrad el archivo secure_pds_init que encontrais en la siguiente ruta: /a/mobile/system/ y luego en el menu de movil vas a Configuracion -> Personalizacion -> Saludo Inicial y borras todo.

if you have te error: "Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked". delete the file secure_pds_init in the path: /a/mobile/system/, then go to configuration/personalization/ initial message then delete the message.
