Manage to unlock 2 of these phones by subsidy code but with the third I have problems.
When the phone starts up in the screen there was a message called contact service provider ( in German language )
Before flashing I made a back-up from all flash parts and when I wanted to do the last job ( read eeprom ) I accidently hit the FFS format button. phone is dead now and won't respond to the charger and odm rocker.
Is there a way to repair this?

Formatting FFS cannot harm your phone, it is just resetting eeprom, but if your battery is drained during formatting, it can harm your phone. Only TP will help you. Change you Battery to a charged one, make Tp cut, flash the phone, and check "soft TP restore ".
