Motorocker Rocker Dongle not connected

Whenever I try to open Motorocker I get the screen but at the bottom, just above the dongle serial number, I get the message 'not connected' and there is no further information on the screen
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and various versions of the software but get this message every time - with ODM Rocker everything works OK
Any ideas?

not conected means "no phone is connected". connect phone to usb and check.

Sorted!

I was just playing about trying to take a screen shot and all the tabs suddenly appeared - don't know how, don't know why but everything is now working!
