Turbo support ERROR

i try by the soft Turbo support in rocker dongle and a few day is working fine

now give me this error

i have format my pc but the same error precist

i install only ultimabox and rockerdongle

the Rockersupport program detect the serial of ULTIMAbox and rocker dongle nut whrn i try to login same error why, someone help me plz

1. What browser do you use?
2. Dongle is recognised by other sw like Motorocker 2, Odm Rocker ?
3. Are you sure driver is installed correctly, and do you try to login from Turbo support acess? Does "turbo acess sw" recognises dongle with the correct sn?

i have remove drivers reinstall again same thing same error

no turbo acess

but,let's see.
write please what broswer you use?
have firewall or other antivirus program in PC
when start turbo-support acces program,program see your card.
you uninstall old wersion and install new program version?
