Please Help i can't use Motorocker that i just brought

Hi I'm Just brought this box yesterday,,
I can' open the Motorocker software, It Claimed that the Card Not found Like the Picture 1 in attachtment...Then the software shutoff

Then i try to ro run Rocker Support, the card are found and i can access the the Support Area...

The Problem Is i can't use the MotoRocker..
Somebody help me to correct my Mistake...

Install Rocker is very easy, go to Rocker site and make this:

Remove this driver for Box "JCOP 41 Smart Card driver"
Install this driver in computer, after connect with a good USB
cable Rocker to any USB port computer. (Not in any UHB).
the process is easy, when driver find Box install this in system.
This is the first step, Second step, download this file
"Rocker Dongle Support Access"
Double Click in this file and run, you see one picture with two
options. Chose Second option (Access Link
support area) If drivers and Rocker is installed correct, you see:
in picture Found card:3DE2-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Click in
access and Voila! You are in Rocker Support. Here you can
Download all files you need for Rocker. You only need install one
File, Drivers.Thats all.Any Problem jusk ask.

I use Mainboard USB2 port, and USB2 Cable directly to the box without HUB..


I can access to the Support Area and Run ODMrocker now..
But i still can't run the MotoRocker, Samsung Rocker, LG Rocker and Imei rocker

Why????
is it product failure or what...

Hello!Don't have any failure in Rocker Programs. You have anything
wrong in your Computer.Or any software in conflit.Normaly Antivirus
"NOD32" when is installed you don't can run many Tools.I can help
you online for solve this, but first, if you have Cracks in Computer or
emulators uninstall all this programs.We put all work 100%.

I reinstall the driver and work fine's now..

Hello!No problem, is for this we are here.But next time
is better check all software installed (anothers tools)
many this problems is caused for anothers Box's (drivers)
Is better remove all from device manager, before install
Rocker or another Box.

I have the same problem, I havent been able to even try the dongle... y bought se toolbox and jaf and I didnt have any problems downloading and installing software for it...

I dont even know what do I have to do. Do I have to pay again to access to the files even after paying for the dongle?

Files and dongles are different? buying the dongle doesnt give you the right to use the programs?

You don't can open Moto Rocker? Rocker is new?
You have installed correct Drivers?You have access
to Rocker Support?
