Support Access isn't recognizing my S-Card

I just got my Rocker Dongle in today, but the support access isn't recognizing my S-card. I've tried using the Dongle Service tool, but it isn't finding the card either. I've tried reinstalling the e-gate drivers several times to no avail. Please help. I've ot 100 phones sitting here needing to be unlocked.

Friend!You have Rocker Dongle Box or only Dongle?
This Driver "e-gate drivers" is only for Rocker Dongle
Not for Box,If your Rocker Have one Box, and Card
is in Slot is JCOP Card, not Dongle.You buy Rocker
new or used? when did you buy Rocker?

I bought it off ebay. It has a gsm-traders 08/09/10 sticker on it. It is red and says Rocker Box on it.

I do notice that windows recognizes it as a USB Smart Card Reader. I installed the JCOP drivers, but it didn't help. I checked the driver and windows is using the actual Windows driver for it. Should it be using the JCOP drivers?

Friend!I Think you need install this driver Rocker Box FTDI Driver.
After install open Rocker Support and see if you have access.
If account is activate all is Ok, if not you see in support for buy
activation.But now important is install Rocker Correct.Install this
Driver and remove anothers, connect Box with good USB Cable
to USB computer Port (not in any hub) and try access to Support.

If is Box and is buy in 2008 i think is not JCOP Card but
FITI Driver.If windows recognizes USB Smart card reader

Friend!You don't need any picture. If you open
Box and Slot card (same Lick phone) but don't
have one card in this Socket all white you buy
only Box, card is same any Sim card Operator
but is all white, If Box don't have any Card you
need buy one. We only buy this in hand, In Ebay
or another site same times we pay and don't
received what this described.

Friend if you buy this Rocker in Ebay you don't
have warranty, you can send one mail, but he
don't give you one free card.But try see price
and if thei sell only card.If not contact Legija
by e-mail.Legija sell Only Cards if you need.
