problem openning any ODM rocker

i have a rocker dongle but evry time i try to open any ODM rocker version show me an error saying card not found or used by other application. But card work perfect when i open any motorocker version.


Please helpppp!!! I try evryting, i remove the sim, i disconect the usb, the drivers and i restore the computer many times

Friend!Go to Work.If error is card not found, the problem is easy.
Rocker Program don't can read Card from Rocker.If dont read one
situation is Drivers not installed Correct,or dongle is not activate.
If you have Rocker Dongle (lick usb pen driver) you need install
e-gate driver.If you have Rocker Box (Box with rj45 connector in
frontal panel) you need install driver Rocker Box FTDI Driver, if your
Rocker is new version you need install driver:JCOP 41 Smart Card driver
I think is drivers problem.
But go to this link , post #2 and read all-see if you make all is in this post
if you don't make this, install all again and post results.
