my cable is new i get 2 days ago i wanna know if the program send this message means that i get connect the phone because i dont know if the test point is ok also before send this message i dont remember the message that send but i think was that 0c.f4 not suported or something like that sorry for my english and thanks for your answer

You need to check TP picture. If You didnt scratch the insulation, ofcourse you get into troubles.
TP needs good connection.
