I always have this type of problem with this type of phone, always restart after succesfull Flash. Anyways, I also have smart-clip with smart-card and I always manage to fix this problem flashing with Scout flasher, no problems at all. Maybe there's some bug in odm rocker or something.

Friend!I don't know if is any bug in Rocker Software.
Here I don't unlock or repair Motorola Phones.Only
make any tests with Rocker.I have all Tools for this
Phones, Rocker is good Box,I think many Users don't
they don't use the functions all of Rocker.
