If have make Repair Phone.
Is very strange the phone to be without net and not
to charge after unlock tentative!
But I don’t have this box.
Try see pinout and open phone and solder wires
(if the cable is not correct to this model)

Hi friend!
In this work many times we forgot the most basic parts.
Is normal for me, I speak for me experiences in 6 Years in this Job.
In this work same times we have very stress. If we have one shop and many
customers the situation is more complicate.
Then everything is worse. It already happened me a lot of thing of this type.
One day was to try to unlock a Nokia with the turned off box of PC.
I change cables, etc. and only after one hour later I see the box was disconnected.
When I have my shop in Portugal during 4 years I unlock about 80 to 100 phones
a day and about 30 Flashes and repairing everything In simultaneous.
Many days I forget to eat, or go to launch.
ODMSupport excuses my suggestion. It was not really there very happy.
I don’t now but when he tell (me laptop don’t have COM port) I think:
I have also Laptop, don’t have com port but I by one USb To Com.
Any programs need com port I use this cable.
