Software Problem.
You made Unlock badly. Or some thing ran badly.
You need to see the point better for Test-Points.
Try to unlock again.
It can be that solves the situation.
In case it is not resolved Flash Phone with full flash.

usualy unlock not have problem with keyboard.
V6 use same TP as V3XX.
this meen need cut shield.
try disasemble your phone and check carefully once again.
better use microscope.
also try use multimeter and see if you not make some short.
if one key is in short,keyboard will not work.

And always,when you make unlock use only PCB without keyboard,LCD e.t.c.

V6 have same TP as V3xx.
You can find TP in support site
