V3 showing bootloader

I n my v3 showing only bootloader. acctuali it was simlock when i unlock that process didnt compleate.now when i put the battery only showing bootloader. pls help me......
I had try to change the IMEI. in my IMEI ROCKER (IMEIRocker_v1.06) but V3 model not ther

By the way do you have any idea about using the Imeirocker V1.06 to change the imei of the V3 phone, when try to use, the phone just display boot mode. its just stuff up the phone.
