You have another cable?If have try unlock with another, some users use vle5 cable and there's lot of quality cables and these phones have same pinouts with vle5 series but pinouts are so deep to connect so only some cables can connect. See Baud rate.
Or the version that it does not accept the unlock! because it is new

i dont think it is the cable as the phone boots ok, maybe you need to try again and be sure the cable does not moves from its position, you can also try with a version prior to v1.26, luck

Yes that and an idea, but I am almost the sure that phone have one new version.
The error in picture is normal when the version of the software phone still not supported.
