V3r how to repair PDS & which file to flash to revive blank screen phones with no SW

I have searched the forum and not found 1 good working solution to repair some V3r which had alwasy had blinking 3sec off problem in them, so i flashed the repair file from Jawad solution posted in gsmforum and after that the phones are in bootloader mode & display SWnot found, i checked the "how to repair motorolas phones" Sticky thread & followed them & flashed them again with Monster pack from support! but still then the phones have the same problem and some phones are

so which is the right solution for these problems?
and can i repair PDS 100% with rocker dongle? if so how? pls inform?

try this step.
write full flash,make repair pds and after make unlock.
rocker manage this bootcore without problem.
also exist one thing.
write same or above firmware.
after repair pds with rocker you can't write any firmware.
