v3 have only miniusb cable.
exist other cable for this phone?

what you say about cable which cable, you wait some time and connect again the phone i think your problem is solved and charge the bettery fully after this repair the phone.

here is not cable problem.
can be hardware or software problem.
first of all try make repair with TP
after try see if PC can detect phone(repair rewrite bootloader also) and show some info on LCD(may be some error,stay in boot mode e.t.c.).
if yes,continue with repair PDS,flashing e.t.c.
if not.... here is hardware problem
