Unlock V3xx, Crtitical error 0047

Is the first time that i'm trying to unlock this phone V3xx SW version R26111LD_U_96.71.95R, Bootloader 03.02. / Cingular branded

When in the preparation stage I follow these instructions:

1. Select your phone model in the models list;
2. Power ON your phone or put it to Flash Mode manually;
3. Connect ExTestpoint cable to PC;
3. Press UNLOCK button;
4. In ExTestpoint Wizard please select 'This is a new phone'
5. In ExTestpoint Wizard choose UART port number to which
the ExTestpoint is connected;
6. Click CONTINUE. Software will start Prepare stage.

At this point all is fine but when choose CONTINUE , the phone shows in screen ''Critical error 0047'' and the Rocker software say ''Jump failed''.

Any help will be appreciated.

The phone works fine..without troubles!
My doubt is about of why cannot continue with the procedure..

Friend!To be able to falsh this phone with Rocker Prepare Smart TestPoint
procedure has to be performed.
Fully charge the battery and run flashing procedure once again.

Friend! I don't know in this moment
If this answaer i put is for Rocker.
I have one this problem in one Shop
and my Sister solve with this process.
But i don't know if Solved with RSD LITE
4.2 or 4.3 Or Rocker.

've been trying this with many diferents v3xx and with fully charged battery, and still the same jump failed and critical error 0047 on the phone, i've been specting some kind of help on this form but no luck, guys here are very helpfull most ofthe times but this time we're alone......

Friend!That critical error code is wrong bootloader version.

Friend!This error (0047) is wrong Bootloder Or wrong Flash.
Whath is your Software Version:Flex Version:Bootloader Version:

i have bootloader 03.02 and software version 26111L, but maybe it has something to do with the branding of the phone, cause it works for some phones with same description but if phone comes from at&t it won't work. thanks for the answer hammas, i mean no disrespect, we know you have a lot of experience when it comes to rocker. good day everybody.
