But I have seen in many post around here that it is better get a prolific USB-COM converter, in that address that shows the USB-RJ45 converter it is FTDI....Please tell me if FTDI works fine with ODM Phones or not? Which one is better? FTDI or PROLIFIC convertor? Here I give a site that have a prolific USB-COM converter..please tell if this can works great or not?

You can use USB prolific to com, and check other sites have USB to RJ45 prolific too. like the convertor who come with rocker box.
