I am not aware of E2 with ROM4 CPU. All E2 are ROM3, hence supported via normal TP.

As for W220 - new phones have implemented DSA protection, and its possible only to flash it, not unlock for now.

Desculpa. esse modelos que falas pertencem a Operadora:
Claro? ai in Brazil Correct?
Pois acho que de operator OI faz normal.
Ja li algo acerca desse modelos, acho que ha ou tem
que fazer unlock com um Cabo diferente, nao sei se e verdade
pois nunca vi esses Phones.Se souberes algo Diz para mim.

Falas no Cabo t190, na verdade eu nao sei se ha
esse cabo,conheco e o T191.
Pode ser que ate exista mas eu nunca vi.
Todos os Motorola que conheco utilizan o T191.

You Have Rocker Dongle and try unlock with ODM 1.27?
But if is model w220e2 from Claro Brazil you don't inlock.
