v550...TP or not TP? with Moto Rocker v2.17

Hi, I am using Moto Rocker v2.17 with a Rocker Dongle device, I need to know if I have to use TP in order to unlock v550 or not? Moto Rocker Help says Yes...please...if it is mandatory with TP give me a TP picture to download it.

not need TP for this phone.
use old ROCKER version for this phone.
this is old,long time supported phone.
