I had same problem with W5, same error state, just flashed with same sw version that appears at phone screen and it was up again.

I CANT FIND THE SAME VERSION FOR MY PHONE ,IT HAVE THE HIGHT VERSION,NOT EXIST IN ANY SUPPORT

Try to look for in various forums, ask giving all detail you can, sw version, operator company, country, etc...maybe somebody from your country may have same sw; that's the way I got the sw for the W5....

that error appear just after the first loader is sent
that is a hardware issue maybe flash ic is fried

YES AFTER THE FIRST LOADER,NO IS NOT FLASH IC BEXOUSE I CAN READ ALL PHONE INFORMATION BY ORD SOFT UPGRATE AND OLSO PARTIAL INFORMATION BY ROCKER
