I cant Unlock V500 with MotoRocker

when i click Unlock, stats bar show :

Looking for Modem or TCI intérface ... and it hong here :nonod:

v500 have problem with connector.
try clean conector and connect phone in flash mode.
cable must be used normal,not flash mode cable.

the phone show "Contact service provider" i've let it with sim inside, when it show "enter unlock code", i've unlock it with motorocker and all is Ok :hat:
