Do you test unlock after flash the phone. Other way read a full flasjh from a good phone and flash againt.

YES, I tried to do fix unauthorized and unlock.the same

show net codes:
NLock code : 12345678 Lock OFF
NSLock code : 12345678 Lock OFF

Eeprom part is included in full backup.
Simply open full backup, and tick "eeprom", press write and thats it.
