Help with Moto W377 Unlock...

I am new to Rocker Box, so can any one tell me how do i unlock W377.
i tryed to connect it to the computer with the usb cable and my computer cannot find any drivers for it.
So please can any one let me know how do i unlock my W377, if possible little bit in detail coz i am bit new to this things.
