C975 addr error

I have c975 which cannot be connected through tp.When connected through t.p the software says Motorola flash(S flash rainbow pog).when I click connect it says addr error.Powering on the mobile the screen show this.
Error 0xDAB
Boot loader 0.6.3.1
S.W version not found
MEM_MAP BLANK SERVICE REQUIRED
BATTERY OK
i tried to flash the phone but sw says addr error.i tried force blank mode and
MAKE MEM_ MAP BLANK but with no results.
IS IT S/W OR HARDWARE PROBLEM?

here exist some problem.
try read from phone back label flex version
and with flex you can know exactly firmware version
if your phone initialy have this version
C975 R245_U_82.21.91I (0.6.3.6)
and some try play with this phone,need restore to this version.
it's locked firmware and for this firmware not usual unlock is used.
if not ,see what flash chip is used?
also flex version help you identify exactly what firmware have phone before.
exist 2 flash chips for this phone and flashes is not compatible.
