W375 No Power

Got A W375 From A Customer They Went Somewhere Else To Get This Phone Unlocked...But Now It's Dead....

I Can Get Connection To The Phone But Cannot Unlock Or Flash...
Also IMEI# IS ALL 00000000000000
Any Suggestions?

Use prolific cable with latest driver from support, and first rewrite eeprom.

There Is No Eeprom On Support Site For Download On That Model...

There is FULL backup file. What you have to do is to use some brains.

- Connect phone
- Open full backup
- Tick "Eeprom"
- Press "write"

Then simply reconnect phone and do unlock.

flashed also
software work good.
problem can be with cable,batery,phone connectors or with phone PCB.

Your problem is very simple, use com cable "serial cable" and flash the phone "full flash" test it gona work.
