    when i try to enter support area:

    "Hi there ! To access support area You have to create valid session using access software and dongle.

    Please run support access software and click "Access" button.

    can anyoane help me?

    i acces from motorocker v2.15, on other pc work (can be a provider problem????)

      not work, i try with vista and the same thing, i enabled/ disable cookies

        if from one PC work,and from other not,problem is from your side.
        check browser,firewall,antivirus software e.t.c
        some block acces.
