2. What it's the difference between Dongle that it is like a box as shown picture at unlockcellular.com and one like a flash memory as shown at Link


Both are legal and useful or not? Wich one is the last one version?

Here can be diferense.
in first case you buy only dongle(smart-card without box).
in second you buy box with dongle.
if you have already unibox and cables you can buy only dongle.
if not,box with dongle is better for you
