    Please Help

    I am having trouble setting my my rocker dongle. I downloaded the file. My computer recognizes the dongle but I can not activate using rocker dongle client v1.02. Please advise.

    Actually, the dongle client says. Dongle found (serila number of dongle) and Bon SN: Box not Present. I have been trying to use product for days with no resul. Please Advise

        Sorry, had to step out. Yes I read them. I dont know what else to do I redownloaded the setup program from the support menu. It still says the same thing and active bar is not "ativated". What else can I do?

          If You have dongle revision #2, it will already show activated counter as on picture below:
