Need T10 for C115

I try to dawnload from support, but all there are *.m0 and ODM Rocker dont recognize them. I try to change *.ubf but problem appear. I need make it T10 with bulgarian lang.

try flash this file with dm-tool
if you don't have dm-tool i can upload it for you.
