F3 unlocking TELCEL version get confuse

Hi,
I want to know what version I have to use to unlock F3. I just buy rocker dongle but get confused. many programe without a correct installer.
See on threads w20xunlock file, odm rocker, odm unlock.
I want to know what is the last version to unlock F3 and repair also.
I have new rocker without sagem activation.

Says unlocked but phone still locked.

I had one a week ago and now is dead cant be flashed cause I cant use .bin extension with ODM_Rocker and ODM_Unlock_v1.14.exe dont have flash option

You can use older version for flashing. Latest version has bundled all locosto models in one exe.

No, I kill the phone cause I try several times dont unlock, I use infinity tp flash phone dead still cant be alived.

If You havent noticed before, in support area exists "Archive" folder where all old versions are stored.
It would be much easy for both of us to search before ask -,))
