  • HELP turbo support client

    what i have,

    i had ultima box before then purchased rocker dongle upgrade install rocker dongle setup just fine, used rocker until it started saying that i needed to renew license.

    now i opened dongle service client 1.02 and try to activate however it gets stuck on "connecting to network"

    i have both ultima box and rocker dongle connected to computer, client sees both.

    how do i activate the dongle? it keeps saying expired in motorocker 2.15 when trying to unlcok.

    counter:50 license re-new times left: 15 (imode)
    counter: 0 ................................. : 15 (irocker)
    counter: 0 ................................. : 15 (odm)
    counter: 65525, .......................... : 15 (Turbo support)
    counter: 50 .................................: 15 (p2k IMEI )

    Try this: set your clock to december 2007, restart computer, and try it again... I'm not sure it will work becouse on the server side the time settings are corect... but who knows

      same thing... still not connecting to network.. just stays there ...ive let it sit there for awhile...too all firewalls are down , internet is up and running.

        also ive used search function plenty of times... just need to get this fix asap!! contacted reseller as well just need to unlock some phones and i love this rocker dongle until now im sure ill love it after this gets fixed and my customers pay up..

          support will be back from monday... but I got a confirmation that activations will be availble again tonight

                  which slot do you click when you want to activate? am i right by clicking on rocker slot?

                  our support must be on vacation?!?

                    You should use dongle client from setup package, and NOT client for turbo support dongles.
