Z320i blinking after unlock

I have here a Z320i that is blinking after unlock.
I read the Z320 problem topic and i insert sim but phone blinks.
I use odm unlock 114 and proflic unlock cable.

Must i flash phone now?

I flashed the phone with MTbox SE,phone is working again.

Unfortunately this is Rocker Dongle bug
Only after unlocking with SmartClip the phone works perfect and no need to flash it in order to fix display blinking / restarting.
