Help with W375

Need help unlocking Moto W375, phone cannot be detected when connected with the USB cable cannot find drivers. Or do I need a special cable? Please advise.

Friend!You need put phone to original Factory Setting
for work with this service.But you can contact your Local
Network and ask reason for that, but I think this service
need phone with original Settings for work with Net10.
