How to Flash a ODM Phone

Can some one give me some clear instructions on how to flash /repair a odm phone V177. the iemi is only zeros 0000000000000000000
when i try to write any flash file they are all being done in 00:00min which does not seem right to me.

first what cable you use?
it's important
also try write full in your phone and after unlock it.

i used the cable that came with the Rocker dongle, dont know the name but only one cable can fit this phone.

well thats what i want to know how to do! alot is mentioned on how to unlock but hardly any info on how to flash
