Unlock v3 r4515 BL 0A.30,TP needed or not???

I have a V3r R4515-G-08-BD-43R,Bootloader 0A.30 to unlock.
My question is do i need to make TP or not??

I found it in motorocker 2.15 under Help wether TP is needed or not.

rocker v2.15 killed the phone.This is my 2nd experience with this version.

I do not trust this version anymore.always showing addr failed.

I use v2.10 to repair,revive and unlock my phone.

u dont need to open phone, just connect cable and click Unlock. good luck
