W375 imei FFFFFFFFFFFFFF after flash . help plz

i have w375 , didnt make backup .
flashed lp file , got lang pack error on screen.
after i write full backup from other phone , got some fdi sys erorr
i then d/l full backup from support , phone is power on then off after motorola sound.and imei is FFFFFFFFFFFFFF
plz help how to fix and how to write correct lang :mad2:

what cable you use for conection?
for this operation need write all files from package(mcu,lp,flex) if firmware from phone have diferent version.
try with prolific cable and write full again.
after make unlock net.

im using unibox for flashing/unlock.
i have d/l also full flash from support
W375_Eronet_0.0.62.K2_+_flex_+_LP
FLEX_W375_CK_005.mot.ubf
LP_W375_0062_007.mot.ubf
SW_W375_0.0.62.K2.mot.ubf

is this o.k ?
how do i flash th SW file ? what to choose ?

will this fix the imei problem ?
how can i use a full flash from other phone , ot lp from other phone without killing ths phone

good way is use full from working phone and write in your phone.
writed above is not full,lock in support exist full backup for your phone.
use prolific cable if you use latest rocker version.
and in future if you want change LP see if your phone have same version
with file writed.
and good for this one is write all 3 files for this.
always try make backup,very usefull if you have some backups from working phones.

now try write with prolific cable full backup(exist in support) and after make unlock.
must work.
you can try with your unibox(not com,use usb emulated com port),but this one not have official support,so just try and see.
if not work search prolific cable.

unibox is usb emolation , and already unlocked with it over 200 pc's of w375.
now
i have also d/l from support this

and w375 retail....
i have tested this full but same problem.
im trying to write the retail files atm.

i reconnect and unlocked it.
after unlock IMEI back FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
and phone auto power off after startup
