W375 imei FFFFFFFFFFFFFF after flash . help plz

in Rocker flash tab you find read/write full.

here is what i did the past 3 days ....
phone was working ....
i have flashed lp from phone i have read from
MOTOROLA_H80S_0.0.82_0082_009_LP.ubf.ubf
i then turned on the phone , i see lang pack error.
i have full flash it with
MOTOROLA_H80S_0.0.82_0082_009_Full_35361401455516. ubf.ubf
as full in flash tab
i then have som fdi sys error on the phone.
i have d/l from support this flash from full backups on w375
MOTOROLA_H80S_0.0.73_0073_003_Full_35300301500410. ubf
flashed it as full , then phone turned on and off and inei is FFFFFFFFFFFFFF
i then d/l from support
W375 Retail
flashed
SW_W375_0.0.72.K2.mot.ubf as FW
LP_W375_0072_001.mot.ubf as LP
FLEX_W375_AW_00F.mot.ubf as FLEX

still phone turn on/off and imei FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
i then read again , FW,LP,FLEX,FFS,EEPROM from a working phone with 82 version , and wrote 1 by 1 to the phone. FW,LP,FLEX,FFS,EEPROM ...
i then got PHONE HACKED error and imei was same as pohone i read info from.
i then unlocked the phone , imei back to FFFFFFFFFFFFFF

from then i have d/l from support
W375 Retail V0.0.62 SW+Felx+Lang
W375_Commercial SW_v0.0.64
W375_Eronet_0.0.62.K2_+_flex_+_LP

flashed all of them 1 by 1 ...
phone still on and off and imei FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

i must be doing something wrong .....
i have a new phone in here with correct lang i need.

please if you can explain me step by step what exactly to do and what flash files to use .....
1 time as in ODM im a total n00b .... never flashed any phone like this , only unlocked them.....

i have to fix it today or i will have to give customer a new phone.... and im sure dont want to do it

Open Full backup,
- Check "Full" and press write, after finishing,
- Check "Eeprom" and press "write",
- Reboot phone (try power on)
- Click "Connect" and then "Unlock"

can i use backup from phone i have ?
can i use backup eeprom from phone i have ?

if full flashing is done , and still error , cant this be the interface ? or if conection with phone and flashing is o.k then error is from my mistake ?

if cant use full from phone backup (other phone)
where can i get full flash for this ? on support only 1 full flash and its backup from phone.

just flash eeprom from ANY worked phone with same vers of FW and after - just press unlock! Tested.

Into support flashfile/odm/fullflash download the full flash for w375, save eeprom backup from working phone, flash phone with option full checked after that reebot your phone (phone will be phone hacked) press unlock and done. I repair very bad phone killed by infinity.
