Unlocking at&t C168i

Locked to at&t USA 310-170 (i believe)


I cannot get this connected. Is there a testpoint procedure? I have bought this model to do testing, so please advise me what to do to get this specific model working.

i'am don't see before this version.
you can try use ftdi or prolific cable.
some phones connect easy with ftdi some with prolific.
try also diferent speed for connecting.
also try diferent software version.
for example with c115 work good and stable rocker 1.03@prolific cable.
check also if cable fitting in handsfree port properly.

if all this not help,only TP help you.
TP meen removing ball from CPU leg N1

i'am search now in other forums,all users(infinity,multi-box,smart-clip e.t.c.)
have connecting problem with this version.
lock like motorola disable RX,TX interface in this version.
try desasemble phone and see.

The better way is buy the code from allgsmunlock, it's cheap. Only 7 Eur... That is the easy way....
