This is video help manual for Motorola L2, L6, V190, V195, V191, V197, V3 RAZR (Bootloader greater then 08.26), V3 Blue, E1 ROKR and U6 PEBBLE.

We captured process while unlocking Motorola V191 without use of test point.

Friend! For change IMEI in locosto phones or Repair
make this:
Connect powered OFF phone to PC COM port.
Launch ODM Rocker
Select "Computer COM ports" in Phone connection window.
Press CTrl + Alt + I .Press Connect button in the software.
Shortly press Power On button at phone until phone boot up.
Enter Original digit IMEI Press "Restore IMEI".
Reset security Code in w220 solution is this:
Go to Rocker Dongle Support and download MST1.28 and
install. Open Program and select the Model w220 Setup
and Select the Port Com xxx go to MscFuncions/ Reset user
code.
