How to use ODM 1.10

Hi,

I am having trouble with ODM ...I DO NOT KNOW HO TO USE THIS...
ODM 1.10 Start up okay..then I slect w 375a nd Auto find Port.. then plug in phone W375...phone powers on by it self and WINDOWs ask for USB driver??????? Then press connect and is says "please wait a minute"..."power ON soon" and then Bootloader not......and back to beginnign

I am dummy want to make Money help ME

first of all need cable with 2.5" conector(insert in hans free jack)
this cable can be used for all ODM phones.
this cable have ic.
can be ft232bm or prolific.
can be used also universal box.
or make itself from any data cable for mobile(siemens,nokia ca-42,e.t.c.)
panasonic x60 cable also is good.
need only RX,TX and gnd from box.
search in this forum.
exist many thread about this.
after you solve with cable all come more easy,you see.
