when i try to connect to rocker dongle client it displays something like thisONGLE FOUND:BB3D-IEC7-BF3D-7416:Box SN:Box not present.Is it normal? If not what must i do.

It is becouse you don't have Ultima Box at all, or it isn't connected with a prolific cable. It is normal.
