card not found

Hi, recently i purchased rocker dongle. I have installed all drivers atleast for 15 times, and all drivers are seen in device manager but still i get card not found. Please help.

Connect dongle, open device manager, expand "Smart card readers" group and capture screen, then post picture here on forum.

Right click on "USB SMART card reader", select "update driver", select "Install from a list or specific location", select "Dont search i will xxx" and point driver wizard to folder where you unpacked JCOP Rocker driver.
