  • Cannot access Support Area with RockerSupport.exe

    Hi there,

    I have a problem with RockerSupport.exe: It opens correctly, but the "Access >" button cannot be activated, no matter what I do... It always stays greyed out.

    I installed the egate drivers (as said in the description on the RockerSupport.exe download page), but I'm not so sure about the "Rocker Box FTDI Driver". How do I install it correctly? Where do these files go?
